This book starts off very basic and had me rolling my eyes at how they were saying things that are common sense to most people (like things will be more peaceful if everyone agrees and are willing to work together - well, duh!). But then it went deeper and actually had some good points. There is a lot of information/suggestions on how to live a more peaceful life, particularly when dealing with other people or groups/teams. I think this would be an especially good book for people in high school and college as well as people who have to do a lot of team/group work at their job. But really it's a decent read for anyone looking for a little more peace and harmony in their lives. It's a quick read too so it's not a huge commitment. I received this book for free in exchange for a review. It was not for me, and I just couldn't get into it. I like the theory behind the book, but I did not care for the writing style.
I have to be honest and say that I'm in a very bad head space right now, and I could not get into this book.
I was not able to read the whole thing because of it, and I wish I hadn't have taken it on right now to try to make myself feel better and find peace within myself.
I can't say this is a bad book in anyway, that isn't it at all, but I do want to say that when you buy this book maybe you should wait until you have a big more clear of a head to read it. I would like to try this again later when my life settles down more. I hope I will be able to find what I'm looking for then.

This is a good book to being finding the Zen you need to clear your mind. It is a pretty basic starting point and for people like me that has never done meditation or yoga, the beginning was great, for anyone that has more experience you may find the tips at the beginning of this book pretty basic. However, it does get deeper and really has some great tips and ideas on how to find relaxation.
